If you have about $3000 to spend on a new home theater speaker system, then you might want to consider the Intimus 5T-DB Hybrid HD, a six-piece system featuring a pair of 5T towers, the 5C center speaker, a pair of 5DB dipole/bipole surround speakers and a remote-controlled subwoofer, the Bravus 10D.

Steve Guttenberg over at CNET sure likes the setup. He was quite impressed of the audio coming out of the speakers during a run through with the Spider-Man 3 Blu-ray. He was quite impressed the way the five speakers “developed vast, wrap-around soundstages.”

The choices for speaker finish are real cherry wood veneer and a classy high-gloss piano-black lacquer. For my money I’ll take the cherry wood finish as shown.
